I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in downtown Washington, DC. I am licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

I am currently seeing clients via teletherapy (online therapy). My approach combines compassion, intellectual curiosity, and humor. I utilize proven strategies to help you manage emotions, regain control, and thrive with an emphasis on increasing resilience and finding ease in effort.

I have experience working with adults and couples struggling with neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), anxiety, depression, sexual functioning and intimacy, and trauma. Other areas of work include academic and professional challenges, spiritual and existential concerns, and life transitions.
